Very good attention from the staff, very pleasant. The only thing is that we thought that, for the price, we would have lockers, but it was simply a room with other people's suitcases locked. Also, everything went well

We did not have any mishaps, however we feel a little distrustful, since the place is a common room where they also keep some hotel supplies, therefore both the hotel staff and the other people who store the luggage have access to your luggage ..the room does not have any type of special adaptation for that use.

Easy to find and use. It's a storage room on the 1st floor, which is locked via a code. Not completely secure or checked by staff, you could feasibly go in the storage and take someone else's bag providing you had the code to place yours in there. It would be better if a member of staff went with you or if they stored and collected your luggage from the room.
