  • Excellent, everything was perfect. It's easy to find, and the reception staff is very friendly. You can leave your luggage in a room with a combination lock. Highly recommended if you're staying near Wenceslas Square.

  • The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing was that we expected to have lockers for the price, but it was just a room with other people's luggage locked inside. Even so, everything was fine.

  • We didn't have any problems, however there is a bit of distrust, as the place is a common room where they also store some hotel equipment, therefore both the hotel staff and the other people who store the luggage have access to your luggage...the room does not have any special adaptation for that use.

  • Easy to find and use. It's a storage room on the 1st floor, which is locked via a code. Not completely secure or checked by staff, you could feasibly go in the storage and take someone else's bag providing you had the code to place yours in there. It would be better if a member of staff went with you or if they stored and collected your luggage from the room.
