Friendly and great location near the station

It was fantastic

Instructions were clear from the staff. Just had to wait for our ticket after they numbered our luggage and that was it. Very easy drop off. And we got our luggage back perfectly fine.

The staff is super kind and helpful. Our bags were stored securely in a staff only room. Everything went smoothly, in addition it is right next to the train station so you can enjoy a drink from them before leaving. Absolutely recommend

Friendly staff, easy to work with, got our luggage in and out quickly, very conveniently located across the street from the main train station.

The women working there were very nice. I came a bit late to pickup and they were very understanding. I felt very comfortable leaving my bags at this spot as they locked it in a specific room and tagged the luggage/gave me a number to retrieve it with. Seemed very secure and the fact it was a women’s hostel helped me as a woman feel more comfortable leaving my luggage behind.

The location is easy to find, close to Prague Main Station, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. There's a cafe attached, and I had a delicious cold coffee. There's also Wi-Fi and a restroom, so it was comfortable to relax after picking up my luggage!

Close to the old town and the yellow metro line (B), very good service, luggage well secured. I recommend it.

Everything was very flexible! The price was okay, our baggage was safe and it was next to the station. We had a lot of bags and they handled it perfectly. Very kind people who helped us out with finding other amenities as well. Would definitely recommend!
