Discover Prague Main Railway Station luggage storage

A little tricky to find. Even trickier to communicate with the pre capitalist stern woman behind the counter. Not exactly welcoming. Location opposite train station and alleyway to build my bike was perfect.

Everything went smoothly! We arrived a little early with our luggage, but the lady was very kind and welcomed us anyway, we would like to thank her from here too!:) I would highly recommend the service!:)

The drop-off process was very straightforward. It was just a little difficult to find the exact location; it wasn't clearly signposted. The explanation wasn't sufficient.

Great place to store luggage. There are toilets. We were given a great map of Prague. This was a lifesaver until we got keys to the apartment.

The staff were very welcoming, they gave us advice on visiting the city and spoke to us in French, we enjoyed an excellent lemonade in a quiet setting.

The process is easy and the hostel staff was friendly. The location is close to the astronomical watch.

My luggage didn't fit the boxes, and I didn't have the large one I use normally. So not great. They asked me to just leave it in the room, which definitely didn't feel super secure. It worked out fine, but disappointing that you don't even have space for medium trunks.

We needed to store our luggage for the morning before check-in. Super easy, booked through AirBnB app, showed the QR code on arrival and done. Staff was also friendly.

Checking in at the Ramada hotel reception was quick, the staff were friendly, you have to trust them but it went well for us!

The drop-off/pick-up process was very easy and straightforward, however, one must not forget to complete their booking/confirm the pick-up.

Customer service. There is an actual person checking your bags in and looking after them. 7€ per luggage item. The other self-check in facilities would only work if your phone sim works. And when something happens—- no one picks up the phone to assist. Nothing beats a real person like Bounce. Recommend this service above all else.
