  • Everything was very flexible! The price was okay, our baggage was safe and it was next to the station. We had a lot of bags and they handled it perfectly. Very kind people who helped us out with finding other amenities as well. Would definitely recommend!

  • My luggage didn't fit the boxes, and I didn't have the large one I use normally. So not great. They asked me to just leave it in the room, which definitely didn't feel super secure. It worked out fine, but disappointing that you don't even have space for medium trunks.

  • We needed to store our luggage for the morning before check-in. Super easy, booked through AirBnB app, showed the QR code on arrival and done. Staff was also friendly.

  • I highly recommend it. We booked through Bounce, and everything was perfect. Upon arrival, they gave us the locker keys, and we put them in ourselves. When we left, we returned the keys and were given cards with our locker numbers. When we picked up our lockers, we handed over the cards, and they gave us the keys. Everything was great and secure. I would definitely book again.

  • Customer service. There is an actual person checking your bags in and looking after them. 7€ per luggage item. The other self-check in facilities would only work if your phone sim works. And when something happens—- no one picks up the phone to assist. Nothing beats a real person like Bounce. Recommend this service above all else.
