Our first time using Bounce. Great location near our accommodation for storing bags on day of departure. A very positive experience all round.

Very helpful. I was 30 minutes late picking up the package, but they didn't charge a surcharge.

We were helped fast and the drop off was easy. The luggage was not locked, but it was in sight of the staff, which made it comfortable to leave behind.

Be careful not confuse the luggage

Great service. Very friendly and helpful staff who fluently speak multiple languages including English. Located in the heart of the city just minutes of walking distance to the old town square.

We were expecting a luggage storage facility, but it turned out to be a souvenir shop where they stored our luggage, so it took us a while to find it. Otherwise, there were no issues with the luggage drop-off and pickup.

Good service, nice location

Easy to find, very good location and we had no issues dropping off or collecting. But given the cost of the service for what it is, the employees could have been more friendly. Dismissive, some eye rolling because we didn't understand what they meant by waving their hand to the back of the shop. Be aware that if you're looking for locker-style storage with proper security, this place isn't for you, although it seems safe and we had no issues.

Safe and efficient in a very central area. A smile shouldn't be too hard to muster though.

Left luggage is located just steps from the Old Town Square. Luggage is stored in lockers, the keys of which are kept by the hotel. I recommend it.

Really easy to leave our luggage. Would have liked a receipt to make sure our bags could not be picked up by someone else, but it wasn’t a problem. They were there when we got back.
