Bit tricky to find.

To get there you have to climb stairs

A lot of travellers are used to friendly service and possibly a smile. None of that here.

Everything went fine

No proof of deposit of the baggage (no QR code, no photos), stored in the same locker as another suitcase, no identity check,... I could very well have left with my suitcase and that of another if I had been malicious...

1 flight of stairs but thankfully I knew this from other reviews. Perfect location for us

It's very strange. They keep the suitcases on a balcony with a fence, anyone can take your suitcase, nobody notes which suitcases are yours, all piled up on the balcony. It gave us a feeling of little security but we urgently needed a place to store them. It's true that when we went to get them all 3 were there.

Hard to find however central and convenient. Really appreciated .

Hard to find- tucked away back behind a restaurant and reception is up two flights of stairs. They put my bag and another girl’s bags in a locker, then told us to “just remember” the locker number. Nothing given to confirm or ensure the right person took the right bag.

Nice place in the center of praha.
