Instructions were clear from the staff. Just had to wait for our ticket after they numbered our luggage and that was it. Very easy drop off. And we got our luggage back perfectly fine.

The staff is super kind and helpful. Our bags were stored securely in a staff only room. Everything went smoothly, in addition it is right next to the train station so you can enjoy a drink from them before leaving. Absolutely recommend

Perfect place for luggage storage! We used this hotel to store our luggage before checking into our apartment and again before our train. The location is incredibly convenient, and the price is very affordable. Plus, the staff at the reception were wonderful—very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

Overall, the luggage storage worked very well. Unfortunately, we had to wait 20 minutes to pick up our luggage because the reception was unattended. On the positive side, the luggage room was locked.
