Great place to store luggage. There are toilets. We were given a great map of Prague. This was a lifesaver until we got keys to the apartment.

Close to Prague Main Station. Friendly service.

The staff were very welcoming, they gave us advice on visiting the city and spoke to us in French, we enjoyed an excellent lemonade in a quiet setting.

Everything was perfect, quick, and the staff were very friendly. The luggage room is right next to the hotel reception, so it's monitored, but anyone who comes in could take any suitcase; there's no control over that.

Very friendly and very easy

It is very easy to find about 90 meters from train station in center of Main Station and other one. Trams 9 26 3 24 6 all ride near it. The girls doing manicures so sweet they take pictures of your code and bags and as you pick up your luggage they scan your code and your bags pictures pop up with bir hday confetti ribbons and surprise. It's safe and cute
