Friendly staff, easy to work with, got our luggage in and out quickly, very conveniently located across the street from the main train station.

The women working there were very nice. I came a bit late to pickup and they were very understanding. I felt very comfortable leaving my bags at this spot as they locked it in a specific room and tagged the luggage/gave me a number to retrieve it with. Seemed very secure and the fact it was a women’s hostel helped me as a woman feel more comfortable leaving my luggage behind.

The location is easy to find, close to Prague Main Station, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. There's a cafe attached, and I had a delicious cold coffee. There's also Wi-Fi and a restroom, so it was comfortable to relax after picking up my luggage!

Very pleasant staff and fast and easy dropoff/pickup.

The process of dropping off and picking up luggage was very smooth, all done with QR codes through the app. However, inside the Florenc bus terminal there is also luggage storage with a more affordable price (80 CZK/bag) from 6 am to 11 pm.

The young woman who received the luggage didn't speak much English, but it was very easy to hand over and pick up the bags. The store is located in front of the metro station, so it's well situated.

Drop off and pickup was easy but the staff was quite unfriendly. It was as if we were always bothering them.

I was sceptical due to the bad reviews, but for us everything worked well, the girl at the store was super nice and everything went smooth and quickly!

Customer service. There is an actual person checking your bags in and looking after them. 7€ per luggage item. The other self-check in facilities would only work if your phone sim works. And when something happens—- no one picks up the phone to assist. Nothing beats a real person like Bounce. Recommend this service above all else.
