I don't think either of us spoke English very well. But it's simple. You arrive with your luggage, show the QR code. She takes a photo and stores your bag. When you pick it up, it's the same: QR code and they hand it to you.

Everything was very good! The place was next to the Bus Station and easy to reach. You could add the QR Code for the luggage to your Apple wallet which made it even easier. They were nice and everything worked out smoothly to enjoy the last day of the trip without having to carry the luggage around the city.
