It's a market from the outside, you talk to the staff who serve you and there are no problems leaving your luggage in a safe place close to the bus terminal.

Luggage was stored and returned undamaged.

200 meters from the Florenc bus terminal, opens early, closes late. Very convenient. Very safe. 100% recommended.

The personnel aren't very talkative, but it's not their job to be entertaining. The bags were kept safe for the whole day, returned untouched. Everything went without any problems.

You should put bigger bounce sign

i was skeptical at first but my bags and things are completely fine!! the staff is friendly and the location is super convenient since it’s near the bus station. the only thing: google maps didn’t show the route correctly, i had to find it by photo. for anyone confused and trying to find the shop — it’s just across billa and the tram stop. it costed me around 18€ to store 2 medium size backpacks and one big suitcase

When we showed our QR code, the employee did look at it, nodded but did not scan the code. As it was our first time with bounce and we read some other reviews, we did not think more about it. But when we wanted to pick up our luggage 5 days later, it was a big deal. The shop owners were afraid, that because it was never checked in, I did not pay. We paid them an extra amount and agreed to wait and see if it will get refunded. When we returned a week later and showed them that we did not get refunded and actually paid the whole 5 days, we received the extra amount back. Thank you for your honesty.

Just not easy to find

Perfect. Quick pick up for the day. Scan QR code upon pick-up and drop-off Be careful, the blue pick-up sign posted on the wall is hidden by the items on sale, so look carefully!!

The map in the app shows the address well. This is a small cannabis shop in Logo next to the flower shop at the Ceska Sporitelna hotel. After leaving the station, you need to cross to the other side and go straight for a short distance. It's a big building that's hard to miss, but not directly under the station. Nice service and safe luggage :)
