It's a market from the outside, you talk to the staff who serve you and there are no problems leaving your luggage in a safe place close to the bus terminal.

200 meters from the Florenc bus terminal, opens early, closes late. Very convenient. Very safe. 100% recommended.

The personnel aren't very talkative, but it's not their job to be entertaining. The bags were kept safe for the whole day, returned untouched. Everything went without any problems.

When we showed our QR code, the employee did look at it, nodded but did not scan the code. As it was our first time with bounce and we read some other reviews, we did not think more about it. But when we wanted to pick up our luggage 5 days later, it was a big deal. The shop owners were afraid, that because it was never checked in, I did not pay. We paid them an extra amount and agreed to wait and see if it will get refunded. When we returned a week later and showed them that we did not get refunded and actually paid the whole 5 days, we received the extra amount back. Thank you for your honesty.

Just not easy to find

Everything went smoothly, would do it again.

The map in the app shows the address well. This is a small cannabis shop in Logo next to the flower shop at the Ceska Sporitelna hotel. After leaving the station, you need to cross to the other side and go straight for a short distance. It's a big building that's hard to miss, but not directly under the station. Nice service and safe luggage :)

Everything went fine. And yes the staff isn’t the very talkative - but in no way rude as others have mentioned. This is a mini market and not a business only focused on your luggage- keep that in mind, and everything should be fine:)

Everything was nice and my bag was kept in a secure place, so I have nothing bad to say about that, except that I could barely find the location. The name of the service was written on a tiny paper on the wall, so for those that are coming to leave their baggage here- it is literally located in a mini canabis shop next to a big hotel, right in front of the Florenc metro station. Everything else was fine, they take a picture of your bag when you hand it in and you immediately get a notification that you have checked-in. The working hours are also very convenient.
