The process was great. I really wish they had more security for the bags though. They had them sitting just behind the front desk. When we walked in to pick up, they didnt ask for any identification, they just let us walk around and grab whatever.

On our arrival day they were busy checking in their customers but offered us to sit in their breakfast room to wait. The bags were kept in a locked room so we felt that they were safe. It was also the same for the departure day. A really good experience, well worth the money.
