  • We went to the hotel reception to drop off our luggage, as the Bounce location was listed at Hotel Casanova. When we tried to check in, there was some initial confusion. However, the gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. In the end, everything worked out smoothly. Thans to the reception. We can highly recommend it.

  • Nice reception personnel and the area where the luggages were in an area that I thought is in a semi-enclosed area. But I am fairly certain there's cameras everywhere. I will use them again, no problem.

  • The service was smooth and very quick. They gave me an identification tag for my suitcase and another for me. It's a hotel where they leave the luggage in a separate room at the back, I thought everything was very okay.

  • The process was great. I really wish they had more security for the bags though. They had them sitting just behind the front desk. When we walked in to pick up, they didnt ask for any identification, they just let us walk around and grab whatever.

  • All 4 pieces of our luggage were checked in quickly. The luggage is stored in an open room next to the hotel's check in desk and in full view of the person manning the check in desk. The hotel is in short walking distance of both San Marco vaporetto stops and we were happy with service.

  • Very convenient location, easy to find this hotel, booked everything and paid in advance online, very reasonable price (31 euros for 5 pieces of luggage), friendly host at the reception, left our bags for several hours, the vaporetto station to the airport is literally a 3-minute walk from the hotel, although there is one bridge.
