The process was great. I really wish they had more security for the bags though. They had them sitting just behind the front desk. When we walked in to pick up, they didnt ask for any identification, they just let us walk around and grab whatever.

Perfect, close to St. Mark's Square and the Alilaguna departure for the airport.

It was super easy and convenient. Hotel staff was courteous

All 4 pieces of our luggage were checked in quickly. The luggage is stored in an open room next to the hotel's check in desk and in full view of the person manning the check in desk. The hotel is in short walking distance of both San Marco vaporetto stops and we were happy with service.

Nothing to complain about. Reservation made within 3 minutes, super friendly staff. No problems.

Very convenient location, easy to find this hotel, booked everything and paid in advance online, very reasonable price (31 euros for 5 pieces of luggage), friendly host at the reception, left our bags for several hours, the vaporetto station to the airport is literally a 3-minute walk from the hotel, although there is one bridge.

I have no problem with the storage of my luggage, however, I approached the lobby to find out what places they could recommend (as I am a tourist that I obviously don't know) to which the person's response was: "here is a lobby "Not a tourist information center" in a very bad manner and being a bit rude. It seems to me that customer service could improve and that this specific lady is not the visible face of the service that is being provided. Thank you
