A tiny shop that doubles as a luggage storage facility. Unfortunately, there's not much space.

The woman who helped us was very rude to us, we didn't understand her and she spoke to us badly but otherwise she was fine. Our bags were just as we left them and there was a camera watching them.

The first experience was bad because the opening hours were not adhered to that day. The return process was professional. The second experience, everything worked, even if the staff wasn't very computer-savvy due to their age

Store was good. App directions were wrong. They took us to tobbachia 6 in error.

The booking with bounce was easy, and the location of the store close to St Mark’s square. Our only problem was, not speaking Italian, we were not expecting the store to be in a newsagent’s shop, so had to ring for more information! Very quick response from Bounce, and all was well.
