We have booked baggage storage at Russo Lorenzo. We have done the payment, but when we arrived at the shop, the shop keeper was on the phone and did not bother to talk with us. He only said ‘no connection’, the reason that he won’t keep our baggage. So I rang Bounce, was given service.com/support, so was able to get AI and then human agent to help cancel my booking and get a refund. I looked for another booking and was given Marco Missiaja. The shop keeper there was very nice and efficient as she took our luggage.
