Very convenient location close to San Marco piazza and 5 mins walk to the closest Vaporetto station for #2. The place is a clothing store and the staff was really nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. Make sure you make reservation beforehand as cell service right there is not the best.

Friendly, helpful staff and hassle-free luggage storage. The location was mislabeled. Navigation leads to the address of a restaurant. The storage facility itself is located in a clothing store across the street. It would be a good idea to change this in the app. Other than that, everything was fine. It's a two-minute walk from St. Mark's Basilica.

Very quick and easy. They put your bags in a back room away from shoppers.

Great experience using Bounce for luggage storage near San Marcos Square. The location was extremely convenient; just a short walk from Piazza San Marco, which made it perfect for exploring the area hands-free. The drop-off and pick-up process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and professional. Our bags felt secure, and everything was returned exactly as we left it. So simple and a wonderful service. The place is at a clothing store. The owner takes a picture of all the belongings together. Easy to drop off and then pickup.

Well, it doesn't close at midday and stores the suitcases in the back, so they're not visible.

It works with a QR code, so dropping it off and then picking it up makes it much faster and easier.

Easy to use as always. Very accommodating to our timeline should you need to pick up early. Only issue was we selected 2 suitcases and 2 small bags and they claimed our 2 small bags weren’t “small” despite no issue at two other locations we had used across our 2 week trip. Cost us a couple of extra dollars, which is fine, but seems like a strange thing to have happened when it was no issue elsewhere.
