  • First place we had our luggage booked into, noone was there. But I reaccessed the app, and it gave me an option to rebook somewhere else, which was only 2 mins walk and was a better location, so all good. It saved us dragging large cases around Venice in the heat, and heavy tourist areas, which was worth it. 😊

  • The staff was extremely helpful and even allowed us to pick up a small pouch we accidentally left behind the following day after we picked up our luggage. They remembered us after we showed them the pic. The only issue we had was finding the place. It is a restaurant but my Google Maps didn’t accurately take me there. It was right near the main terminal. Look for the lighter colored building in the pic and you have to take steps down to it.
