Sammy/Sami was very helpful. He was really friendly and put me at ease after a long day of traveling. Came the next day to pick up and he was there to quickly grab my bag in the middle of a thousand other things he had to do. They put a tag on the bag and stored it in a storage closet. I had an AirTag and a lock so I felt comfortable. But I can see why some people were concerned. Great location and staff.

On arrival no-one told us what to do, but only pointed out the storage area so we were not checked in . On leaving we then found that as we had not been checked in, we had to go through the whole process but as we had the time it was not a problem. All staff need to know the procedure.

Fantastic place! The owner has a cafe and a laundromat in addition to luggage storage. We were able to do laundry and have breakfast, as well as leave our luggage. Luggage is stored in a locked and secured space. Only the owner is allowed in the luggage storage area. It’s also a very short walk to the main train station. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars all around!!!

I think a clear sign on the outside, telling that the baggage storage is in the cafe, would be a good idea. This would help to save some time and people from confusion, because there is a random door next to the cafe. But other than that no problems, and nice staff👍
