The ladies there were super helpful and friendly and showed us exactly what we needed to do given that we turned up without having pre-booked a slot.   • Was not aware Bounce was utilizing store fronts as places to stash your luggage but at the store the staff was very kind to take our wet luggage and help us through the process even being patient when our connection to pull up the QR code was not great. Gave our first day in Venice an especially great start and would definitely consider Bounce again in the future.

  • We left five backpacks for our last day in Venice, and it was a great choice. The staff were super nice and even stored a fragile gift bag for us. I highly recommend it; it's much better than the conventional lockers found throughout the rest of the city.

  • What a fantastic experience! I was delighted to find our luggage locker was in fact in a beautiful clothes shop where we met 3 lovely, wonderfully helpful ladies. Beyond storing our luggage, we had a really interesting conversation and got some really useful tips for our last few hours in Venice. The shop is gorgeous, with fabulously coloured clothes and accessories beautifully set out - as if a rainbow had exploded there - and I had a last, unexpected, shopping adventure! It was a reassuringly safe place for our belongings. We will most definitely be using this service when we are next in Venice. What an absolutely genius idea - highly recommended.
