Super friendly and cheerful owner. Quick and easy baggage handling in accordance with Bounce protocol. Secure storage where only certain employees have the key. I'll say it again, they even let us use their restroom.

Had to rush to find luggage storage using Bounce after my previous reservation cancelled me two hours before (Bounce reimbursed me completely). I was able to find this spot using Bounce and left my families luggage there under the owner’s lock and key. Also had a very good breakfast for the price and the OJ was the best I’ve had outside of Florida. Came back to pick it up with no problem. 10/10

Great experience! The owner is funny and kind, we had to leave an extra bag and he let us pay on the spot which was very convenient! We will surely be using this luggage storage the next time we're in Venice.

We were greeted very fast as soon as we arrived, the man was very polite and helpful. The bags were locked away and when we came back to get them this was also a fast and smooth process. I recommend!

Fantastic place! The owner has a cafe and a laundromat in addition to luggage storage. We were able to do laundry and have breakfast, as well as leave our luggage. Luggage is stored in a locked and secured space. Only the owner is allowed in the luggage storage area. It’s also a very short walk to the main train station. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars all around!!!

Very helpful staff. Our bags were locked in a secure room out of site, we felt comfortable that our belongings were safe.
