Luggage storage Venice Bus Station

A great deal, an excellent first use of the site, as we didn't know what to do with our backpacks. Very reasonable price.

The staff was extremely helpful and even allowed us to pick up a small pouch we accidentally left behind the following day after we picked up our luggage. They remembered us after we showed them the pic. The only issue we had was finding the place. It is a restaurant but my Google Maps didn’t accurately take me there. It was right near the main terminal. Look for the lighter colored building in the pic and you have to take steps down to it.

Polite, easy to deal with and the bags were kept securely.

Easy to use, they speak a little Spanish

Perfect location right by the bus station. No problems dropping off, despite a slight language barrier. When picking up we had trouble loading our QR code on the phone and they wouldn’t release our luggage without scanning it, which in our opinion is a good thing!! Lesson learned to take a screenshot of the QR code in case the phone signal is a bit dodgy!

You have to look around a bit to find the location because it's not very precise, but there's a little sign that helps. They don't speak Spanish, but communication is practical and easy, and the price is super good.

Used Bounce to store bags and it was easy to drop off pickup and great location by bus terminal. The bonus was being able to grab coffee and croissant at the same time.
