- Very helpful- very quick and right outside the metro! Only downside was the shop was very small so it was tricky to roll the suitcases down the isle but the kind shop workers helped.

- This is centrally located at Hotel Borges by the Biaxa Chiado Lisbon metro station; the heart of downtown with restaurants and entertainment. Concierge desk was very accommodating and reliable. They allowed us to utilize their wifi and we got an uber to the intercity train station to go to Porto.

- The manager of the store that held our baggage was very helpful, pleasant to talk with, and guided us to our Airbnb door, which we were having a hard time finding. We were able to go to lunch, look around the area and then retrieved our bags a few hours later. The clerk was very helpful and responsive. Everything went well.
