Store were so helpful, I'd made incorrect location on booking and they helped sort it out. They even put a bag of food in the fridge for us, which was so thoughtful. Highly recommend, just off main square in Lisbon, great location.

Due to an unforeseen problem, I had to leave my luggage for an extra night and a half. That evening, they tried to help me and stayed late at the shop so I could retrieve my bags. The receptionist (unfortunately, I don't know her name) was very kind, empathetic, and understanding. Many thanks to her.

We walked by, attracted by their window display. After checking inside, we purchased 3 Lisbon T-shirts. The old gentleman, I think he is the owner, folded the T-shirts and pack them individually for gift. Handed us a pen to mark the size on the package. This is service! Love the store.
