Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of space for storage of bags. Used them on the way in and out.

Great option to store luggage while wanting enjoying the city before a late departing flight. The Bounce store is inside an eyeglass store and was a block away from our apartment. We didn’t sign up ahead of time, but it was no problem. It was super easy with no wait to drop off our luggage and pick it up later after a day at the beach. The price was good too for four pieces of luggage - about 26 euros.

Very easy and convenient, and the staff at the store were very quick and friendly; it's right next to the metro. What I don't like is that the website shows one price and then they add almost the price of another suitcase in handling fees. Even so, they were the cheapest. I would definitely use them again.

Just like everything in Lisbon, the store requires a very steep walk to find it. Doing this while carrying suitcases can be challenging. Also, I think the price could be per hour, not per day. Other than that, everything worked fine.
