The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly, they put a label on your backpack and make sure to remind you of the pick-up deadline.

Just like everything in Lisbon, the store requires a very steep walk to find it. Doing this while carrying suitcases can be challenging. Also, I think the price could be per hour, not per day. Other than that, everything worked fine.
