The person who helped us was very kind, let us use the service, and was willing to help us as much as possible with our questions. A real gem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They constantly asked if we needed to use the restroom, what we needed, and even offered us a longer charger so we could comfortably charge our phones while they charged. Highly recommended!

The person who helped us was a 10, no, an 11. Fantastic. Finding the place was a bit of a scavenger hunt. It's an apartment building and you have to ring the intercom (the doorbell on the ground floor).

The female staff was so kind. She asked if I wanted to use the restroom and made it comfortable. The location was hard to find so I wandered around, but I was still touched by her kindness. My carrier was heavy, so she carried it down the stairs for me, which was really nice. 😄😄

Whoever greets you, they always do so with a smile and attentiveness. You're welcomed like family, with complimentary water, coffee, and even the option to use their restroom if needed. Don't hesitate, go for it without hesitation, especially since it's in the heart of Lisbon. Asking for more would be unreasonable.

Man at the Lisbon office was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we were offered drinks and use of bathroom. Easy to use the service and fairly priced.

Incredibly friendly and kind host- went out of their way to offer help, use of the bathroom and refreshments and was an excellent communicator. Location is secure and centrally located. Would absolutely recommend! Tip for others: the address is reached through use of a call box if you don’t have the bounce app. Address is accurate and you’re looking for s/f.
