Really friendly and comforting staff.

Sofia the host was very friendly and not grumpy like some hosts. She also offered use of their toilet facilities. It was a secure environment. It does require carrying luggage up one flight of stairs

I had a bit of trouble figuring out where to go; the place is on the mezzanine floor of a building, and you have to ring the bell as you can see in the indicative photo (but there's no name, which is a bit confusing). The girl who welcomed us was very nice and kind, offered us a bathroom if we needed it, and at checkout, she let me charge my phone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They constantly asked if we needed to use the restroom, what we needed, and even offered us a longer charger so we could comfortably charge our phones while they charged. Highly recommended!

The person who helped us was a 10, no, an 11. Fantastic. Finding the place was a bit of a scavenger hunt. It's an apartment building and you have to ring the intercom (the doorbell on the ground floor).

The female staff was so kind. She asked if I wanted to use the restroom and made it comfortable. The location was hard to find so I wandered around, but I was still touched by her kindness. My carrier was heavy, so she carried it down the stairs for me, which was really nice. 😄😄
