The female staff was so kind. She asked if I wanted to use the restroom and made it comfortable. The location was hard to find so I wandered around, but I was still touched by her kindness. My carrier was heavy, so she carried it down the stairs for me, which was really nice. 😄😄

Our luggage was in great hands! We had a few hours between Airbnb checkout and our flight so this was a convenient and secure place to store our suitcases/backpacks. Both staff members were super kind and trusting making the whole experience positive.

A wonderful, welcoming, and attentive atmosphere; you're treated like family, with complimentary water, coffee, and even the option to use their restroom if needed. Don't hesitate, book with your eyes closed, especially since it's in the heart of Lisbon. Asking for more would be unreasonable.

Man at the Lisbon office was lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we were offered drinks and use of bathroom. Easy to use the service and fairly priced.

Incredibly friendly and kind host- went out of their way to offer help, use of the bathroom and refreshments and was an excellent communicator. Location is secure and centrally located. Would absolutely recommend! Tip for others: the address is reached through use of a call box if you don’t have the bounce app. Address is accurate and you’re looking for s/f.

Highly recommend, clean, secure and professional space. Staff was very friendly and helped us carry the luggage up and down the stairs and even helped to carry the luggage into the uber. There is water, coffee, a bathroom and sofas to sit on while waiting. When trying to ring the business select the S/L F button on the bottom right of the call pad.

Amazing. Really helpful staff with water and toilets available.

I can’t recommend Lisbon heart enough. We were tired and thirsty and the owner offered us cold water and a place to rest. And of course the place is very convenient and centrally located and our luggage was well taken care of.
