It's a good place to store your luggage. It's a locked room where all the luggage is kept together; there are no compartments.

Fantastic! Very friendly and right in the heart of Lisbon. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's upstairs in a station and the escalators and elevator weren't working in the afternoon (only one elevator was working in the morning), so if you have heavy luggage, bear that in mind because it seemed like it wasn't a one-off issue. Even so, it had nothing to do with the excellent service from the staff who stored our luggage! Very kind!

João was super attentive and helpful! The place was safe and they even provided support (I needed to use outlets to charge my electronics and it was fine).

They let me use the restrooms, go back several times to get my luggage, and were always incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The app worked fine and the staff at Baixa Lisbon was super helpful! I would check the price on the Lockers just beside the hostel just in case is cheaper. However, if you want to make sure that your bags will be safe, this is a good place to go to.
