João was super attentive and helpful! The place was safe and they even provided support (I needed to use outlets to charge my electronics and it was fine).

They let me use the restrooms, go back several times to get my luggage, and were always incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The app worked fine and the staff at Baixa Lisbon was super helpful! I would check the price on the Lockers just beside the hostel just in case is cheaper. However, if you want to make sure that your bags will be safe, this is a good place to go to.

joao was really helpful when we popped in to leave our luggage. he was very friendly and went out of his way to help our large group sort and store our things while we were out for the day. the bags were secure and we had no problems at all. great service.

Location was great ! BUT please post directions to location. Please post on your site the exact directions. An old lady was kind enough to take us to the location. We would not have found otherwise. It was easy check in and check out.

Could do with a photo of your place, as instructions were not clear enough. This is due to other storage lockers nearby. A clear sign on the window would help

Receiving my bags was incredible; the morning staff was very pleasant and friendly. When I went to pick them up, they opened the luggage room and left. They didn't confirm the baggage claim, nor did they confirm whether they were mine or how many I was carrying. I felt a little uneasy.
