joao was really helpful when we popped in to leave our luggage. he was very friendly and went out of his way to help our large group sort and store our things while we were out for the day. the bags were secure and we had no problems at all. great service.

Could do with a photo of your place, as instructions were not clear enough. This is due to other storage lockers nearby. A clear sign on the window would help

Receiving my bags was incredible; the morning staff was very pleasant and friendly. When I went to pick them up, they opened the luggage room and left. They didn't confirm the baggage claim, nor did they confirm whether they were mine or how many I was carrying. I felt a little uneasy.

I didn't like the pickup. They didn't escort me or confirm that they were my bags. I could have taken whatever I wanted. It didn't make me feel safe.

Very practical, the hostel is located inside the station. We left our 3 luggage with complete confidence

Low price, safe storage is good When I picked up my luggage, there was a lot of white powdery dust on my suitcase. Other than this I am satisfied.
