Everything was great. I left my suitcase for 10 days. The location was convenient, the service was good, and it was quick and easy to retrieve. Everything was in order when I picked it up. I recommend it.

A wonderful alternative for your luggage if you don't want to accompany you on your exploration of the city (in our case, Lisbon). Great service... a pleasant encounter with the hotel staff... absolutely centrally located for seeing the city's main attractions... would gladly stay again anytime and definitely recommend it 👍🏼👍🏼☺️

We left our suitcases at a hotel very close to Chiado Station. The delivery service was super fast, and although I prefer using their own lockers for security reasons, leaving my luggage at a hotel seems safer than leaving it at a local store. They give you a tag with a number assigned to your suitcase. With Bounce, the price is per suitcase and per hour, so I recommend keeping that in mind, as it can be expensive if you have a lot of luggage and will be leaving it for several hours a day.

Conveniently located in a hotel, you can book online or with a QR code on the spot and they take care of bringing your bags in, you just have to leave them there, get tags (take a picture in case they get lost) and claim them back once the time is due. Very happy with the service.

Great location, quick and convenient, we booked online. Found them in a hotel via the address as opposed to a sign but I did see them around another location in Lisbon city. I think it was just 3.50 Euros for one back
