Easy and very simple to use...the hotel staff were super friendly and everything was very straightforward

The hotel front desk took our luggage and gave us claim tags. So convenient and they were very nice!

A wonderful alternative for your luggage if you don't want to accompany you on your exploration of the city (in our case, Lisbon). Great service... a pleasant encounter with the hotel staff... absolutely centrally located for seeing the city's main attractions... would gladly stay again anytime and definitely recommend it 👍🏼👍🏼☺️

We left our suitcases at a hotel very close to Chiado Station. The delivery service was super fast, and although I prefer using their own lockers for security reasons, leaving my luggage at a hotel seems safer than leaving it at a local store. They give you a tag with a number assigned to your suitcase. With Bounce, the price is per suitcase and per hour, so I recommend keeping that in mind, as it can be expensive if you have a lot of luggage and will be leaving it for several hours a day.

You take great care of my luggage haha. I had some time before my flight after checking out, and I had it safely stored!!

Conveniently located in a hotel, you can book online or with a QR code on the spot and they take care of bringing your bags in, you just have to leave them there, get tags (take a picture in case they get lost) and claim them back once the time is due. Very happy with the service.
