Discover Estádio do Benfica luggage storage

Great service. Trustworthy. Very nice staff

The location was a little strange but everything was as promised

Excellent service, friendly staff!

Great guy, easy to access

Location was a bit awkward, but otherwise everything was quite nice and we really loved the staff we stored 9 luggages and everything went smoothly

Staff were super friendly and service was excellent!

Good place to store your luggage!

Smooth process and trustworthy store

The drop off was easy, the shop owner was very respectful and kind. The suitcases were safe, he even asked me to take a picture of the bags to feel more secure. The whole experience was great and made our day much easier. Thank you

Everything was perfect, and the gentleman even mentioned that the delivery time was until midnight, but that he could extend it a little if we needed.

Perfect! I recommend it!

Everything went very well, it was easy to find and everything works perfectly!

I thought the system was more formal, like using lockers or similar. It was very informal (but smooth) and all our stuff was stored aside a store that was selling suitcases, which was a bit uncomfortable. However, it’s a great solution. A bit expensive in my opinion but works just fine!

We had to search a bit for the drop-off point, as it was more like a small street shop. However, since the bus station was signposted, we asked for directions and found shop number 33 quite quickly. The shopkeeper was very friendly, spoke English, and scanned the code we had received online. He then took photos of the suitcases where he had placed them (we did the same, just to be safe). We got our suitcases back safe and sound. So, all good. 👌

Right opposite BNB Paribas, where the luggage shops are at the bus stop. He was helpful and quick.

The owner was very nice and welcoming. The place is hard to find among many other identical shops outside the bus station.
