The location is within a Western Union. You’ll need the Bounce app to make your reservation and pay. Otherwise it’s easy as can be and just down the street from the train station. Highly recommend.

Easy to book and choose location close to where we were going for the day. Easy to find the location-lovely cafe on the marina. Staff were welcoming and helpful. No issue at drop off or pick up. Great cafe with great selection of food and drink-great place to pop in before head to the airport. Would recommend.

Great location by the marina, friendly staff. Great being able to drop off my suitcase and then go off and explore Lisbon. Really hand for storing large suitcases if you are staying in the small boats, if they allow overnight storage. Drop off was as simple as the pick up, just show the number that they give you on collection.

Very kind and fast help. We felt secure on leaving our luggage's. Would also recommend drinking and eating there, it was a nice experience.

Great experience at a lovely cafe with friendly staff. Get out of the car by the sign for the car park and walk towards the river, it's about 20 metres. It's a nice 8-minute walk along the river to the oceanarium.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Limitation: The café was not identifiable as a Bounce location. My luggage was not checked out upon pickup; the booking continued and I had to cancel it myself afterwards.

I had a particularly positive experience, as I had accidentally double-booked storage for my luggage and was quickly refunded for one of the payments. Thank you for that. In addition, the host at the booking location was extremely helpful and accommodating.

We had a few hours to spare in Lisbon and bought tickets for the Oceanarium. This place was perfect for leaving our luggage while we visited because it's right next door.
