I obtained an online reservation for our party of four, which was a total of 8 bags. We were able to walk right in and check our bags in without any wait or difficulty. The service provided was a lifesaver, and made our last day in Edinburgh very enjoyable!

Didn’t know what score to give. Our plane from th US was 5 hours late departing so we did not need Bounce. We were able to get into our accommodations upon arrival. Any chance we could receive a credit for the future?

They were wonderful and thanks for keeping my luggage safe. The gentleman had amazing customer service, we told him what time within a few mins our group would be back to get our luggage, it was out and waiting. Super easy!

The shop assistant was very helpful when my daughter could not log into the bounce app due to signal and very quickly identified her luggage by time of drop off, name and picture of luggage, after our description. This was invaluable as we were rushing for our bus!

Loved how easy it was to check in and grab a coffee and snack while we were there. Only recommendation I would say is to have a sign in the window or facing out so that you can tell from outside that the luggage storage is inside the cafe, or in the title of the listing on maps make it clear.

The staff was friendly, quick to take care of our check in and check out. The environment and storage of our items felt very secure. An added benefit, the location is within a coffee shop and the food and drinks were amazing and serviced in a spacious, comfortable atmosphere. Would go out of my way to store my luggage here again, or to just stop in for a coffee and pastry.

It's nice café where you can leave your bags and also to have great breakfast or tea. Super friendly staff, bags are safe in storage room, food and tea was good and cheaper than in other places 200 meters further.
