It does not have a bathroom, however it is well located and the delivery and collection of the suitcases was easy.

Fabulous Very nice

Nice and easy way to store luggage, staff were very nice. There aren't any signs outside to indicate that the cafe is the right place, but as soon as you go inside the signs are all there.

Very kind staff and bags are stored in a locked room. Got it back in no time and good shape. Once you know the name of the café you find it very easily to drop off your bag.

The staff was friendly to us, they helped us with internet when we had issues with network connection (recommend making screenshots of the QR code). They labeled one (!) of our two luggages and took them to a room at the back of the store, which we believe customers could potentially see. However, we thought it's okay bcs the staff had cameras and were looking around the shop. Our luggage was fine but we would prefer if there had been a curtain or something to make sure no one gets tempted to steal the unattended luggage. That's our only downside. Would recommend anyway.:)
