they don’t even store suitcases in a secured place - they store them in front of the desk for anyone to take. i dealt with two workers. both rude and unwelcoming.

Very easy to use, book and pay in advance, go to a drop-off point, show your QR code and voilà, the suitcase is kept and you can collect it with the same ease!

Perfect Service.

The shop assistant was very helpful when my daughter could not log into the bounce app due to signal and very quickly identified her luggage by time of drop off, name and picture of luggage, after our description. This was invaluable as we were rushing for our bus!

Convenient location. Staff not friendly or helpful. They just ask for a code and send you to a back room where luggage is just left anywhere. No security or care. On pick up it is the same, no help at all, you can go out back and pick up whatever and then be on your way.

The staff were great. We were staying near and used when we arrived so we could sight see, no waiting to check into our appartment. And again after we checked, it was great to have a last day free of luggage before our evening flight. We would recommend this storage. 👌

The location was close to the railway station. The staff was friendly and quick to check in our luggage. It just as quick to pick up our luggage. We would use this location again in the future.

Staff was friendly and made the experience very easy as he was very assuring. Allowed us to extend the pick up later as this gave us peace of mind as we had just arrived and wanted to have dinner and therefore did not need to dragged our luggages around.

The staff service was fine. I had problem finding the store even though it was right next to the bus stop. I was looking for Damselfly Grocers but it is a Costcutter Ltd grocery. Also when I retrieved by bags, they were stored on an open shelf in back of store. I expected them to be stored in a more secure location. All that said, it worked out fine!

Store difficult to find, you would need the name of the store because not all the street numbers are listed. The store was closed at the time selected during my reservation. It opened 30 minutes later.

Simple and straight forward process in a very convenient location

This was a makeup choice due to a disappointing previous booking. The whole process of luggage in and out was perfectly done, and the convenient location, easy to find place. What’s more, my luggage was stored securely. Give me total ease of mind. Thank you for your service. You saved my day!

Easy to find in the train station Staff were quite grumpy but the service provided is good

It is unclear when you drop bags that they are secure in the back room - we thought we just left them! Make sure you tell people they well be safe
