Super helpful and friendly staff. They very kindly let me charge my phone (which ran out and I could not check in to my hotel without it). The whole process of storing my luggage was great! The cafe also sells a great selection of foods and flat breads. It is win win.

Very efficient process!

Perfect location for anyone near Haymarket — maybe a 5 minute walk and no hills or stairs. Bags were stored downstairs in locked storage rooms. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Very easy access, to Haymarket Train Station, simple checkin and checkout. Good food there as well if you want a bite to eat.

Super helpful and no bother even though we were only dropping 2 bags and I’d booked 3, and only used the service for a couple of hours. Recognised us when we came to collect and were super friendly

I had to go down some narrow stairs to pick up the suitcases, and of course go up them, I advise against it for older people, I had no problem picking them up despite the stairs but I think it's not a good service, however the girl who accompanied me to picking them up was kind.
