The process was simple and reliable. Everything went smoothly. It's just a bit in a strange place, you have to follow the photo, otherwise you won't find it.

The box was a bit difficult to find because it was located inside the doorway, but thanks to a picture uploaded in the reviews, it was finally found. When I picked it up, the flap only opened after scanning the code for the third time. I was a bit worried when it didn't open the first two times. 😂 Otherwise, everything went smoothly. 👌 Highly recommended service.

Convenient location for luggage storage as it's close to the Erdberg International Bus Station. You must first book online or through the app, choosing the right size locker. Efficient support service via chat and/or email if you have any problems dropping off or picking up luggage. I recommend it.

Very practical, around ten euros for large luggage, the location is a little difficult to find when leaving the station, you have to go through the passage next to the pharmacy and really go to the very back and there are hearts for deliveries like DHL Amazon Etc. but which are also used to store luggage

Excellent, even if it's a bit pricey. Easy to do, even if you're doing it for the first time. The Flixbus cashier couldn't give me any directions. It's a shame the service isn't advertised at all.

You should have one brand on the lockers that said Bounce so we know we are in the right spot
