Very easy and fast process. Bounce sends a QR code, they scan it at the drop off and away you go. Left my bag at QT for a week while travelling around as the location was very good. Would recommend.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Lavender Station, and although it's a small shop, I got a little lost, but it's next to a 7-Eleven. When I checked my luggage, I showed the QR code and the clerk took a photo of my suitcase with his smartphone to make sure the recipient was the wrong person. When I picked it up, I just showed the same QR code and it was done. It's conveniently located, and I can get to Changi International Airport by taking the MRT from Lavender Station and changing once at Tanah Merah.

Easy to use and find. It helped a lot. Price is the same as in nearby luggage stores. You have to pay and book online before you go.

It's right inside the mart, just ask the staff. It is recommended to download the app to make an appointment and store your luggage easily!

We could store our luggage very close to our hotel ( in Boat Quay). The place is open 24/24hr so it was very convenient. A bit expensive. We spent 100$ for 12 days. Unluckily our hotel didn’t provide storage facilities

Near clarke quay station! So good, and also there so many bars near it, so that place is crowded, fits for us travel alone and pick up aroun 11 p.m

We had a smooth experience getting our luggage checked in at The Clarke Quay Hotel. The staff who assisted us upon check-in was very friendly, and so was the other staff who assisted us upon check-out. Really happy with the service we got. Our bags were secured, and we didn't lose anything at all. I highly recommend this hotel.
