Top ratedIi’ve learn of luggage hoteling while travel before COVID. I visited Puerto Rico arrived prior to our Airbnb was ready for check in. Dropped our luggage off at hotel casa blanca. Was greeted by hotel receptionist who was so pleasant and accommodating. I felt our belongings was stored in a safe environment. Only personal was allowed to retrieve the luggage and their was a great system to store and retrieve belongings. I store bags twice when we arrived and before we departed. Highly recommend.

Top ratedIt’s been months but I just realized I never left a review… the staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. I missed my flight and was stuck in PR alll day without a place to stay until my flight at midnight. When I dropped my luggage off so I wouldn’t have to carry it anywhere the kid working told us he’d give us towels/soap to rinse off in the shower outside. They let us sit in the waiting room for a few hours while we figured everything out. Extremely grateful and on my next visit, I will make it a point to actually stay at Casa Wilson

This was a very convenient service that our cruise line told us about. It was great to be able to store our bags for a while since we wanted to tour Old San Juan for a bit before heading to the airport as our flight wasn’t scheduled until 5:30pm. And the location was very close to the cruise port. I definitely recommend this service.
