Amazing for what we needed!!!

Having the option to safely store your luggage while enjoying your vacation is such a great convenience. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. The only suggestion I have is that the luggage drop-off location could use better signage. At least at the location where I left my bags, it was inside a restaurant, and there were no signs indicating it was a Bounce luggage storage site. If it hadn’t been for a customer who was eating there and pointed us in the right direction, I would have never known that’s where we were supposed to go. Other than that, the experience was excellent. My luggage was stored safely and securely for about five hours, the process was easy, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use the service again.

It was a great experience a little uncomfortable at 1st being that it is not in a secure place just in a supply area that stays unlocked..when we return all was well still in the same spot

Drop off was super easy! Kept bags in locked room. Nothing was messed with! Staff member didn’t have the app when I picked up my bags a couple hours later but no issue having access. Thanks!
