Great service, convenient location, and you can also buy souvenirs right there.

We showed up at store opening time and loaded 20 pieces of luggage in a locked closet. We returned at 2 pm and retrieved all our luggage. It was a simple and easy process.

Delighted by the ease of making the reservation, followed by prompt and adept service at the Casablanca desk when we arrived, and finally a quick pick-up of our bags to finish the whole experience pleasantly!

Drop off was a breeze. Relatively easy process. Location was outstanding. Pick up was pretty good, but the staff took a minute to figure out where our luggage was and just what they needed to do on their tablet to check us out.

Mavi really helped us out. After other nearby locations said they were full, I was able to immediately book Mavi. We were in and out of the location in about 3 minutes.

Amazing service. Felt very comfortable leaving our bags there and when we returned to pick them up, they called a cab to take us to the airport and then brought all our bags out to the cab for us. Highly recommend!

Easy registration. Finding them was easy. Friendly. Flexible. They keep it in their office (it's next to their lobby). However, I didn't see any doors separating their office from the lobby, so that would improve their storage location. And I didn't know if they were always there so none of their clients would walk past. However, everything turned out well.

Easy and convenient. No issues

Never used this service before, but was desperate to drop my bags off after my cruise as we had 7 hours before needing to head to the airport. Made a last second reservation. Wow, it was such a great experience and the store owner was so incredibly nice and helpful. Went to pick up our bags, and the lady there didn’t speak much English, so I was able to practice the little amount of Spanish I know 😂 She was also so sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
