Discover San Diego Amtrak luggage storage

Looks sketchy, but worked out with no issues

Very kind, thank you.

Simple drop off and pickup, storage was in a locker behind a locked door with a code.

Easy drop off and pick up experience

Great location and bag was secure

Easy to find, easy to retrieve bags

Fairly straightforward process. We arrived around noon, a worker helped us lock up our stuff, and gave us instructions about how to access our bags after hours.

Great communication with staff, even though no one is there to help you out.

Super easy to use. Very friendly staff. I would use them again.

Easy and reliable

Great experience there. Very helpful

Good place to store luggage!

Easy drop off and pick up. Everyone was extremely pleasant, would easily pick them again my next visit.

The process of submitting our bags & then taking them was very straightforward & saved us a lot of time & energy

Drop off and pickup process was easy and seamless and they were ready to assist quickly once I showed up.

The service was great and the lady who received the bag was very nice. It was a little confusing to figure out the dropoff at first but rest all went smoothly.

The location was easy to access and the gentleman who helped us was great and made the process easy. Our bags felt safe and I would definitely use them again to store luggage.

The customer service is out of this planet, the place/shop is super cool too, and it's close to the waterfront and museums, awesome experience!

Great experience and felt very safe leaving all of our luggage there

Great location, drop off was easy, the worker was very kind. Bags felt secure.

Our lodging in San Diego didn’t include any bag storage after check out, we didn’t have a car and our flight out was in the evening. Having a place to safely store our bags for the day was life saving. We were able to save our shoulders and backs from the weight and enjoy water front activities easier. At Cali Sports we met Brandon(?). He was welcoming, reassuring and friendly. He allowed us to bring our bags to the back stock room. We saw where they would be stored as well as other bags there. And the pick up was just as easy. Even chatting about our day. I’d definitely use this service and location again. Next time I would put my name on the bag with a tag or something. As they were carry-ons they didn’t have luggage tags and it felt a little funny not having a tag to prevent any confusion or bag mix up. That is my only thought of improvement to this great service. Thank you!

Friendly service and no lines. appreciated having a convenient and secure place to leave our luggage.

Brandon was really helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Great place!! The staff was really really nice, they have a locked place for the bags and I felt very comfortable dropping my bag over there. When I got back to pick it up, they were very kind too, I even waited in the lobby for a little while to be picked up. I really recommend this place, is in the heart of downtown San Diego

Quick, friendly, secure service! Bags were kept in a locked room all day as I explored the city!

convenient, fast - great service!

Convenient luggage storage

Very easy process and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more lovely!

A little pricey, but convenient.
