Easy to find, easy to retrieve bags

Fairly straightforward process. We arrived around noon, a worker helped us lock up our stuff, and gave us instructions about how to access our bags after hours.

Great communication with staff, even though no one is there to help you out.

If you are from abroad, get ready to make a call to get the door open. Apart from that, everything is easy and safe!

This worked very well. A little expensive, but better than hauling luggage around while waiting for a flight.

The service was great and the lady who received the bag was very nice. It was a little confusing to figure out the dropoff at first but rest all went smoothly.

I'm very impressed and pleased with the professional service received at CALI Strong. The gentleman there was super polite. He escorted me back to the storage room and let me pick a spot to store my bag. He never even touched my bag. This is very appreciated. When I came to pick it up, same professional service. He remembered me, escorted me back to the storage room, and allowed me to collect my bag. I highly recommend CALI Strong, not only for bag storage, but also for the very cool products they sell. Bounce customers get a discount on their wares. Two Thumbs Up.

Great place!! The staff was really really nice, they have a locked place for the bags and I felt very comfortable dropping my bag over there. When I got back to pick it up, they were very kind too, I even waited in the lobby for a little while to be picked up. I really recommend this place, is in the heart of downtown San Diego
