For the first time i felt like like i store my luggage in my room . They are behaving like as my family member. And also they take care our bags as like their bags. And also they give me discounts on souvenirs. And place also near termini station. They made my day. And i will miss them. Their behaviour was so awesome. Thank you guys . Conveniently located within 3 min walk from Roma Terminali. The staff during drop-off and pick-up were very professional and helpful; I only spent max 5 min inside the facility either time. Only downside is that the hotel reception is on the 3rd floor and they have a small elevator (as all old Italian buildings), so if you're dropping off more than 2 suitcases, you'll have to make several trip up the elevator. This is a minor inconvenience, but overall 5/5 and highly recommended!

Everything went super smoothly despite me being a little skeptical about the idea of paying online. It’s faster and way cheaper than on Termini station too, we paid 10€ for 2 backpacks whereas on the station they asked for 24€

We actually arrived with an extra bag than we had on the original booking. The staff at the hotel was very familiar with Bounce and was able to walk us through the process of adding an additional bag to our reservation. They were great!
