I was nervous leaving my luggage behind never having used a service like this before but it was a quick and easy experience, and I would definitely do it again. The employees at the store spoke English, were quick and thorough and left me feeling confident I’d come back and my things would still be there lol. Overall good experience.

Whilst waiting for our accommodation too be available it was great to be able to leave our luggage at a safe place and go off and explore.

The staff's service was excellent, and the drop-off and pick-up process was very easy. The location is very convenient, and luggage is stored on the third floor under 24-hour security.

The place on the 3rd floor but can be reached easily by a lift. Very convenient.

Excellent service, but only the first time I used it. The young man who works the night shift speaks a little Spanish and explains how the service works and where to store your belongings if you visit the place beforehand. The first time I checked in early the next morning, they let me bring in one large backpack, like a carry-on, and two slightly smaller backpacks. The receptionist, a gray-haired immigrant who wasn't from Europe, let me in, and I don't think he was strict about the sizes. The second time, in the morning, there was a different receptionist, and he would only let me check in if I changed my baggage allowance to three carry-on bags. One receptionist was flexible, and the other strict, hence my review. The place is safe since it's not on the first floor; you'll see the location information after you pay.
