Good service, they even have free shuttle to airport.

Drop off and pick up was very smooth. I like that this place is open 24 hours for this service (others close around 6 pm). I also like that you could use the free shuttle bus to LAX.

All good. I arrived to the place and the staff was very gentle and my suitcases were safe for a couple of hours. I reccon.

When we arrived at Robert's Market, we were a little shocked: it's a supermarket! But the experience was positive. The staff were friendly, fast, and they carefully stored our suitcase for a full 10 days! Highly recommended.

Easy drop off once you're in store. Relatively close to LAX (well...close by LA standards). I took the LA Metro shuttle then walked 20 minutes to the store, then took a Lyft from there to hang out in LA for the day. The worker takes your bag to a location behind the deli counter. The worker Patrick was nice.

We used this location during a recent day trip to LA. Close to the airport and very convenient. Luggage was stored securely and returned promptly without incident. Would absolutely use them again!

The staff was friendly both when I checked in and when I picked up my luggage! It was also nice to be able to use the airport shuttle bus.

It's very near from LAX . Even there is a shuttle bus to go there. Feels safe to leave luggage 5-star hotel concierge. They give you tik once you leave luggage. Definitely will use again. Thanks westin

I was a little worried because it was my first time using the service, but it was easy to get there by walking straight from the airport and turning left once. Once I told them I had a reservation, they picked it up smoothly and it was very easy. The only drawback was that it was a bit of a walk from the airport, but other than that, I didn't feel any stress at all.

They were very friendly and speak Spanish, which makes it easier.

It was my first time so i was worried but its really close to the airport. They were really kind and helpful!
