While the delivery service said delivered, the store says they didn't deliver until 3 days later. Larry was really on top trying to find it when they came in. Thanks Larry.

There was no signage to let us know it was in the Nail Salon, hard to figure that out. No sign in the store to say it was part of Bounce. Not super friendly but it did the job we needed at a good price.

Convenient location near the mall and excellent service!

The desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The only concern to note is that it there wasn't any clear processes for verifying that the bags I picked up were in fact mine. I would use storage at this location again only for things that are not too valuable or important. For anything of significant value or importance, best to use a more secure facility.

The location was within a hostel, and the front desk attendant was amazing and very friendly. Also when retrieving our bags, there was no delay and the front desk person then was super friendly as well.
