Great experience, both of the guys were super helpful and friendly. It was very convenient, just a couple blocks from North Station. We were able to enjoy the city and walk the freedom trail for a few hours without hauling our luggage around before catching the train. Be aware the price listed in the app is not the final price. After you select your location and number of bags, there was a $9 fee to finish the transaction. Has nothing to do with the location we're at as far as I know, it believe it's a Bounce fee. That's the reason for the four-star review.

Friendly and flexible staff who kept our bags safely behind a locked door out of sight of other customers.

We arrived in Boston from another city to catch our flight back to Spain. Since it was quite late, we looked for this place to leave our luggage. It had long hours, was easy, and convenient. Highly recommended if you're passing through Boston and don't know what to do with your bags.

Rick and Christina were super helpful. Laundromat is very clean and near lots of amenities + super close to airport. Christina is also Spanish-English bilingual.
