The most amazing hotel to leave my luggage. The staff were very kind and caring. They went above and beyond. Not only will I be using them again I will also look to stay at their hotel.

Easy and convenient. I booked it when I arrived at Barcelona Sants. Only a 6 minute walk from the station.

The staff takes some getting used to. My first impulse was: we wouldn't trust them with our luggage... but in the end everything worked out fine.

Needed somewhere to store our cases for 6 hours while we walked about before heading back to the airport. Turned up the guy put them in a locked room with a label and got them back out. Only thing was there was no “bounce “ sign outside so we were wonder around a bit to find it.

Everything went smoothly as expected!

Very simple online booking. A bit expensive as we are five people with 9 suitcases and bags. But a very good possibility to store your luggage safe. System seems to be safe, with QR Code, number on the luggage and fotos from the luggage to make sure you get again what you left there. Friendly service. Location was easy to find and has a very good connection to the metro M1. I would book again and can recommend it.
