Though there is 5~6 min walk from the station, the road is relatively flat, and getting there with my 25kg suitcase was not much of a problem. No stairs, the store is easy to locate, the doors are wide. Super friendly, cheerful manager, professionally gets my luggage to a separate room closed securely with a door. Has me take a photo my suitcase with the number tag on it, and it also serves as my receipt (clever!). Another perk of this location is that it's just next door to one of the largest Albert Heijn supermarkets in downtown Amsterdan, so you can do your last-minute shopping (I got a ton of my new favorite NL snaks) before leaving for Schipol.

It was a little difficult to find the place because it doesn't have a name, but they took good care of the luggage.

Easy to find the location, straight to the Canal Tour Amsterdam and Damrak. The staircase is quite steep and narrow, which is quite difficult for large suitcase.

Very nice&friendly staff. They have a camera so they can watch the luggage room from the front of the shop to make sure everything is nice and secure. Very steep and narrow stairs to get up to the luggage room though so with really heavy luggage maybe you should consider another location, but it worked great for me with a cabin bag. Worth every cent.
