Easy drop off, easy pick up. Smoother than expected

Left my bags here while I wondered the city and the staff were friendly and helpful!

This location was an awesome solution to our baggage situation. We dropped 12 bags so we could explore Vancouver between the time our cruise docked and our flight took off. Pistachio Sweetery Cafe was very clean and inviting. I felt our bags were safe and secure. Added bonus - the pastries, coffee and tea were delicious! Highly recommend!

The drop off/pick up site was very convenient from the cruise terminals and to the Cordova St train terminal which takes you to the airport. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Would use again!

Shop is only a few minutes walk from the cruise terminal.Baggage was checked in and out easily and staff were amazing! A+ for customer service! Would definitely recommend using this service. Tip....screenshot a map showing shop location before you leave cruise ship if you only have wifi :)

Super easy to sign up and reserve a time to store my bags. Drop-off and pick-up were both also very quick and easy. This was highly convenient and I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for an accessible space to store your luggage (and maybe grab a bite!) before moving on to the next leg of your journey.

Fast and smooth

Service was great and it was certainly good not having to drag our bags around with us for the day in Vancouver. Our only issue was that we were there on Saturday and they didn’t open until 10am. We were off our cruise ship at 8:30am so we had to wait a while. Having said that, there was someone there at 9:45am and they accepted our bags then which was nice.

Perfectly situated opposite the apartment i was renting on Abbott Street. The staff in the cafe were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of the storage.
