  • Very easy to use and find. Would recommend if you are in the Ueno area and do not need access 24/7 as the cafe does close

  • What a decent guy…. We booked to store 6 bags for a few hours. By the time we got there it was 7 bags (my wife and daughters went shopping) and I tried to pay him more to allow for it. Instead he said ‘these two are a bit smaller, we’ll call the two of them 1 bag’. I don’t expect old fashioned service anymore, but he delivered it, thank you.

  • Really easy process to book and the instructions to the place were so helpful. Drop off and pick up were easy, all you have to do is show your voucher. It was so convenient to have our luggage in a safe place before we could check into our accommodation. Would highly recommend for anyone not wanting to deal with storage lockers or whose hotel can not hold luggage.
