I arrived later than my scheduled time and informed the storage about this -to which they responded graciously and immediately. They also helped carry all my bags into their storage which was helpful. When I returned later for my luggage, it were exactly how I left it.

Although it's not as convenient as drop-off at Nippori Station, the chances of getting a large locker in Nippori are extremely low, so this is the second best option!
