Discover Union Square luggage storage

We thought it was a sketchy location but it turned out to be a safe place to leave luggage. No hassles and no problems. Will use Bounce again if necessary

Location was just right, dropping off seamless as well as pickup. Friendly staff.

Very easy to find, the navigation was accurate, the staff weren't exactly enthusiastic but provided excellent service, it was very convenient to retrieve, and it was stored in a small, secure room behind the 7-Eleven, which made me feel extremely safe. Very satisfied.

Very convenient when you arrive at the airport with a lot of luggage or when you're going at the end of the day and you'll be lugging your suitcases around all day! The person is very friendly, and everything is done very quickly through the app.

Polite, efficient! We were nervous because we missed the small Bounce luggage storage sign in window, and it is a deli Both true, they are a deli which stores luggage in the basement. They were friendly, laughed when th us and tagged/scanned/counted our pieces. Cost for 4 bags was $14….well worth it. Highly recommend
