This was a great option for our last day. We had an evening flight and had to check out of our hotel by 11am. It was so nice not to have to worry about our bags. It was a quick and easy process start to finish. The store employees were helpful and attentive.

I wanted to go to the museum before going to the airport and dropping my bag off at the Bounce nearby was perfect. Smooth drop off and pick up. Excellent location. Next time I'm downtown after travelling I'll be using the service again.

Great location to Powell st Bart stop to SFO. As others have stated it’s very close to not so great area but felt very safe at all times. Drop off we received a tag and our bags were secure and safe upon our return

Very close to Powell BART station. You must book your slot online and pay for it, then show the QR code to the shop assistant when arriving with the luggage. As mentioned, this location is actually a shop, but my understanding is that they have a partnership with Bounce. I felt the luggage was safe during the 4 hours we left them there, but they were also locked. Very fast pick up and drop off.

Very convenient spot to place luggage...there was no damages and the glass bottles I had packed in where undisturbed. The receptionist was friendly and stored my luggage without issue. I came back a few days later and found all in order with neccessary security.

Location was great, centrally located to where I wanted to explore. Quick and easy drop off and pick up and everything was great!
