Very convenient when you arrive at the airport with a lot of luggage or when you're going at the end of the day and you'll be lugging your suitcases around all day! The person is very friendly, and everything is done very quickly through the app.

Polite, efficient! We were nervous because we missed the small Bounce luggage storage sign in window, and it is a deli Both true, they are a deli which stores luggage in the basement. They were friendly, laughed when th us and tagged/scanned/counted our pieces. Cost for 4 bags was $14….well worth it. Highly recommend

Very close to Powell BART station. You must book your slot online and pay for it, then show the QR code to the shop assistant when arriving with the luggage. As mentioned, this location is actually a shop, but my understanding is that they have a partnership with Bounce. I felt the luggage was safe during the 4 hours we left them there, but they were also locked. Very fast pick up and drop off.

Very convenient spot to place luggage...there was no damages and the glass bottles I had packed in where undisturbed. The receptionist was friendly and stored my luggage without issue. I came back a few days later and found all in order with neccessary security.

Very close to the Golden Gate Theater. Just ring the buzzer, walk up the stairs, and hand the nice folks your stuff. Easy peasy!

This was my first time using this service and I was happy with it. I wouldn't recommend the hotel and the area is full of human misery, but I chose it for luggage storage because it's close to the Bart trains to the airport and offers 24-hour service.

We left our suitcases all day and although the entrance is a bit chaotic, the suitcases were safe and the staff were very nice.
