Owner of the store was nice, however it took us a bit to find our which exctly store we need to go to and manually filling the personal information into old paper book was a bit old school. But overall service worked as designed

At the counter in a convenience store. Give some basic info in-person or use the app to reserve. Very easy dropoff and pickup at the end of the day, plus it's right by the subway station. Convenient and cheap, the man was very nice. Super happy we found this place! Saved so much money before our evening hotel check-in and we were able to explore the city for the day. Will recommend to friends/family, thanks again! 😁

Located in a very convenient and accessible souvenir shop, luggage storage is at the back of the store, monitored by the sales staff – quite secure.

The Bounce spot I used, Tribeca Cleaners, was easy to find (around the corner from two different subway stations), and the staff there was very efficient in checking in my bags and handing me the pick-up tickets. They got my bags back quickly too. A great option if you are visiting Tribeca, the Financial District, or the Statue of Liberty.

Had some difficulty to find a location, there were no signs from outside. Other than that good.

It was great to have a place to leave my bag, and they took good care of it.

I was able to drop off my suitcase, tour the 9/11 Memorial Museum, and pick up my suitcase on my way to the airport. Easy peasy. The staff handling my suitcase helped me in between talking with children and parents shopping for toys.
