  • Very friendly and the process was very easy. Just to clarify, these aren't lockers. They store your luggage in a designated area with a label for easy identification.

  • This was my first time using the service and it was pretty seamless. They scanned the QR code, took my bag and off I went to go see a musical. When it was over I came back and got it. I didn't realize you are supposed to get the QR code scanned again when you get your items but there's another way in the app to confirm you have it Also the cat there is very cute.
