  • They took good care of him. I didn't give him 5 stars because the staff weren't properly informed that the service is 24/7. I had to insist quite a bit, explaining that I had already paid and that they had to receive him.

  • The staff could have been nicer. There's no option to choose the size of your luggage. We only had a small cabin suitcase and a duffel bag. The staff was sarcastic about the fact that we had two pieces of luggage.

  • We had to wait a while to check in our luggage because the lady was serving customers. Our bags sat in the store for a few minutes, among other things to buy, and were supposed to be put away after a few minutes. This was a slightly stressful time for us.
