Had the chance to use this bounce location twice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Bags were secured.

Hotel check out was a 12pm but our flight wasn't until 6pm. It was so nice to have a place to store our luggage while we did a little last minute site seeing. The staff was friendly and the area was conveniently located. I felt our belongings were held securely. The only downfall was the traffic due to the road construction. Make sure you call a Lyft/uber/taxi with plenty of time. We cut it too close.

The location was fine and I definitely felt secure with dropping things off, especially since the lady suggested I take a picture for identification purposes for pickup.

The security was questionable. Bags were left on a counter that was somewhat accessible by general public if someone truly wanted to steal our bags.

The owner of the store is super nice, and they checked my ID before storing and asked us to take a picture of the bags we wanted to store with them after we dropped off the bags. The process was simple and it really saved our life!!! Would definitely try this again and let my friends know this exists!

Drop off/pick up from this location was fast and easy to find. Easy to reach from Foggy Bottom Metro. Pleasant staff.

Of course they deal with customers everyday…they are a restaurant. Your plea asking me to write a review was weak, but Bounce was great. The restaurant seemed pleased to see my bad made of dollar signs and less excited to engage with the body attached to said bag. I will use Bounce again and hope that I too can bring value to our transaction, next time.
