  • The woman working when I dropped my bag off was also working when I picked it up. She was friendly, helpful and kept her sense of humor when the store filled up with other customers. It was easy to get to the store and is close to the Metro station. The price was reasonable and I had no concerns about the safety of my bag. Very pleased with my experience at this UPS!

  • Drop off and pick up went very well! There was a line of people when we went back to pick up but the staff was super helpful and accommodating so our wait was not long at all. I would definitely use this location again, very convenient to the Wharf!
