Discover luggage storage in Singapore

Had to queue for at least 25 mins to drop off my bags. Booking via Bounce doesn’t give any priority for storage.

It was great that the staff were helpful and I could store my luggage safely. However, since the interior of the Chinatown Point building itself is a bit complex, it did take me a while to find my way. To leave the route for anyone who might use it later, if you wander around on the first basement level, you will find an information desk marked "Guest Services" in front of a restaurant. If you go through the door to the left of that desk, there are two elevators. Take either one, press 1st floor, and as soon as you get off, look to your right. In a separate area separated by a glass door, there are elevators numbered 6 through 8 (I don't remember the exact number). These elevators seem to be for offices; take the one labeled 4 through 6 to the 21st floor, and when you get off, you will find N9 Offices.

Best and easy to store, friendly people in the store is the most important thing.

Great friendly staff, went for F1 race on friday, staff lowkey looks like max verstappen haha lol. Staff said operate 24/7

Easy to get to as the City Hall mrt was 2 minutes away. Friendly guy that attended to us.

Smooth to drop off and pick up

Process was super smooth, pickup and dropoff were super convenient!

Their staff was AMAZING, friendly, very helpful, and accomodating. Can't thank them enough! Location is a few minutes walk from two MRT stations.

Seamless Dead easy to find, dropped bags off. Received receipt and collection a few hours later.

The location was convenient, staff was incredibly helpful. Storing my carry on baggage gave me the peace of mind to sight see during my transit. Very convenient facility.

Great location, handsome man and good-looking woman at the store

It was a bit tricky to find the location. It was a market. They placed the suitcase in a visible spot, but the owner seemed to be right next to it the whole time, and it didn't seem like many people use it. It was trustworthy because I used the app.

Its so convenient to drop our luggage here, the process is so easy, good job!

Very good location, efficiency in depositing and picking up.

Everything was easy and smooth.

It was great, they open until 1 am so we can go to the night safari and come back to pick up our luggages.

Awesome service as always. With a smile 😊

Easy and kind service

I was worried because I had a lot of luggage, but they were able to hold it for me in a convenient location, which was a great help. The handover was also smooth and reassuring.

Good location, although it's a bit hidden in a shopping center. Good service.

Location super, not immediately clear that this was Bounce, and less computerized than I expected

Service with a smile. Will absolutely use this location and trusted storage provider again. Thank you 😊
