When I checked my luggage, I showed the QR code and the clerk took a photo of my suitcase with his smartphone to make sure the recipient was the wrong person. When I picked it up, I just showed the same QR code and it was done. It's conveniently located, and I can get to Changi International Airport by taking the MRT from Lavender Station and changing once at Tanah Merah.
